[14:04:03] <Lyude> As for VESA open source approval update/question: So we got approval from VESA regarding open source implementations of DisplayPort! I haven't gone through it yet to see if it's everything that we need, but will be doing that ASAP (hopefully today).
[14:04:05] <Lyude> This does make me think though: so far VESA has both helped us get spec access, and explicit written approval for open source implementations of DisplayPort. Quite frankly - I think they've gone above and beyond, and I'd like to propose that we ask them whether they would be interested in being listed as a foundation supporter in the same manner that we do so with Equinix. [14:14:51] <Lyude> 12:34 <samuelig> XDC 2022: created the event in Indico and configured it. Registration and CFP is disabled for the moment. xdc2022.x.org redirection is already in place. Notified organizers so they can start tweaking the CSS and adding info to the website. Gave them too the twitter credentials so they can change the profile info as well.
