Languages and libraries

In order to interract with other Telepathy components is is recommended to use a high-level library instead of working with the D-Bus API directly.

• Telepathy GLib, for C/GLib users
• Telepathy Qt, for C++/Qt users

If you want to use Python or some other scripting language, it is recommended that you use Telepathy GLib via GObject-Introspection.
